By using onit.today ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service")
Inconceivable, Inc ("Company") reserves the right to update and chage these Terms of Serive without notice.
Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The Company will not be responsible for loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.
You are responsible for all activity and content that occurs under your account, even when posted by others who have been invited to share your group account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate laws in your jurisdiction.
You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested to complete the signup process.
Your login may only be used by one person, sharing a login is not permitted.
You must be a human, registering accounts by any automated means is prohibited.
The Service is offered free of charge to individual users. To invite and share usage with others you may pay in advance for an upgraded account. If you fail to pay for an upgraded account, all associated users will lose access to shared resources.
Fees are exclusive of taxes and levies imposed by local authorities. You are responsible for such taxes, and The Company will collect and remit those taxes on behalf of the taxing authority.
Refunds will be processed for unsatisfied users who request a refund within two months of upgrading their account, or within one month of a subsequent billing cycle.
The Company, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.
The Company reserves the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service with or without notice.
Prices are subject to change upon 30 days notice from The Company. Notice may be provided by email and/or posting of the changes to the onit.today website.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Technical support is only available by email.
You understand that the Company uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage and related technology required to run the Service.
You must not modify or hack the Service.
You must not modify any other website to falsely imply association with the Service or the Company.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell, or duplicate any portion of the Service, or access to the service.
We reserve the right to terminate any account associated with harrassment, abuse, or unlawful activity.
The Company does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
You expressly undertand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages, for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: the use or inability to use the service, the cost of procurement of substitutes, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transimissions or data, any other matter relating to the service.
The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not consititue a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service consititues the entire agreement between you and the Company, including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service.
